Keep every session on track

01Before you start
Test the microphone and waveform before beginning.Use the correct Category and Sub Category.
02During the session
Start a new session when required after a long break.Change the category or sub category when the topic changes.
03Privacy
End recording before private conversations.Tell participants when a session is recorded or streamed.
04When you finish
End the session before packing the microphone kit.Return the microphone to its charging position and confirm it is charging.
Practical reminders

Wearing the microphone

  • Use one active microphone at a time.
  • Keep the microphone pickup area uncovered.
  • Avoid rubbing the microphone against clothing.
  • Position the microphone appropriately for the speaker.
  • Keep the backup microphone charged.
  • Switch to the backup only when the active microphone fails or its battery is low.
  • Don’t add a second active microphone unless the official instructions say you can.
